Requirements:

College graduate, preferably with specialization in business-related courses
With at least 3 years solid experience in sales preferably in a real estate industry, with consistent sales achievement in meeting quotas
With advanced knowledge in sales techniques and the capability to teach these to his sales people
People-oriented, with solid background in handling sales teams and in developing top caliber sales people
Preferably ready to start ASAP with his own sales team

With a minimum of five years of proven sales excellence in real estate
Can organize a team of 6 Sales Managers and 40 Property Consultants
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
With proven ability and strong leadership skills in handling and motivating groups of managers and high performers in achieving overall business targets and quotas
